General return policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, don’t worry: Hvisk offers returns within 30 days. The return applies from the date of receipt of the shipment. Please note that the product should be returned unused and with the original Hvisk tags. Products returned without tags or products that are not in the same condition as they were received, may risk depreciation.
As soon as we have processed your return, we will send a confirmation by e-mail and we will refund by the same method you used to pay. If you used Mobile Pay, your money is returned to the card associated with your Mobile Pay account. The amount will be visible on your account within 3–5 business days.
If you wish to exchange a product to another size or product, please place a new order on the web shop.
Returns from anywhere but Denmark
For return, please download our return slip and fill it out. Click here to download the return slip.
Then follow the instructions on the return slip and print it and send the package to us. You must choose the company the package should be sent with and pay for the return freight, this will not be refunded. We recommend that you choose a shipping method with tracking numbers so that you are assured if the package should stay away before it reaches us. You must have access to a printer to complete your return.
Returns from Denmark
For returns, please order a return slip and GLS label through our return portal.
The return label can be purchased through pakkelabels.dk for the sum of DKK 49.50. (€6,6) The website will guide you through your return, but please be advised that access to a printer is necessary, for the completion of your return.
Alternatively, you package can also be sent through another freight supplier, where ordering/booking and postage are at your own account.
Please note that when returning your package it must be with delivery and with our return address, which you will find on our return slip here.
We recommend that the package is sent as track and trace, so if lost you will be able to raise a case with the freight supplier, in question.
